Ty Rudisaile started in the mortgage loan business back in 1985 working as a loan processor with a Boulder, Colorado mortgage broker. Ty quickly moved into a Loan Officer position with a local bank working in downtown Denver. Ty has worked as a loan processor, loan closer, retail and wholesale loan officer, and a mortgage company sales manager. Though not a native to Colorado he did graduate from high school from Campion Academy just south of Loveland, CO.
Ty obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Communications from Southwest Adventist University in Keene, TX. Ty loves the Colorado outdoor life - climbing 14ers, tennis, mountain biking, road biking, trail running and running marathons. Ty also enjoys collecting unique pens - fountain pens, rollerball pens, etc and has quite a collection. He enjoys helping people realize the American dream of home ownership!
