I Started My Real Estate, Relocation and Finance Career in 1974, I was the first 18 year old to be licensed as a Real Estate Agent in the State of California. I worked for 2 years in Fremont California with Valley Real
Estate. In 1976 I moved to Newport Beach to open a new office for Homebuyers Guide Real Estate. I started as an assistant Manager and within 6 months I became the Manager. I ran that office for 1 year then started my
own Company Sail Properties. I Built that company to 7 agents and a Real Estate School.
In 1995 I was hired by Mortgage Plus to be a Wholesale Account Executive Selling FHA Title One Loans. The company was later sold to First Plus where I was promoted to Regional Manager for the Rocky Mountain Mid -West Region covering 17 States and bringing the 125% Mortgage to Market. At its peak I was producing over $25 Million per month with an average loan size of $35,000.00.
When I left First Plus I Headed up a 2nd mortgage division for Mortgage Solutions of Colorado for 1 year.
In 1998 I started my own company Loan Finder Financial, I ran my company for 9 years and 9 months and when the Mortgage Market changed I sold to Mortgage Solutions and Helped Start and Run their Denver Branch.
After 2 years I was recruited by Ideal Home Loans to become their Sales Manager. I worked at Ideal for 5 years.
In May of 2015 I Left to become the Sales Manager at DHA Financial. I have been and I am currently the Sales Manager for 3 years. I oversee all of our loan officers helping them and their customers achieve their Goals. As Sales manager I help structure approve all loans that are submitted to underwriting.
During my time in the Mortgage business I have helped thousands of customers attain their financial goals. I look forward to helping you reach yours.
I live in Aurora Colorado with my wife of 35 years and I have 2 daughters and 3 grandchildren. Having raised a family I know how important a Mortgage is to a family and always take time to treat my customers with the respect and concern that they deserve.
